Requesting an order cancellation

To request an order cancellation, please contact us at info@shop-auralens.com and provide your order number. You can also open your order in your customer account to view the available return and cancellation options.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive recurring deliveries. These are based on the subscription duration and frequency you select. Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged for each delivery unless you pay in advance. Some subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of their term. If you do not wish to renew a subscription, you can cancel it. You can cancel or change your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain links to your order. From there, you can manage your subscription.
